"I luckily discovered Lee when he carried out some quality work for my next door neighbour. He initially offered to repoint my portion of a shared chimneystack and replace the cracked flaunching. I then got him to work on a second stack where his pictures showed there were similar problems with again cracked and lifted flaunching, and also eroded & weathered pointing on the brickwork and corbelling. Lee additionally refreshed the cement bonding between the roof tiles and the lead drainage gulleys solving a recent internal damp patch. Finally, before leaving he left some spare roof tiles for the scaffolders in case they damaged any tiles when taking down the structure around the stack. Lee takes pride in his work, takes before and after pictures of inaccessible areas of the roof and chimney stacks, communicates well and takes great care in clearing away any detritus left as a result of his work. "I asked Lee and his assistant to repoint one side of my garage and carry out a check of the whole bungalow, which he did thoroughly. Much of the original pointing appeared to consist of mostly sand with very little cement content. Lee also found on inspection that our chimney was in a bad way and I was glad that he had highlighted this as damp may have come through from the outside. I am delighted to say that LT Repointing & Brickwork Services did a splendid job leaving the new pointing looking very neat & sound.
